Assets Light Business Model

The company follows an asset light business model as they focus on Identification of generic molecules, preparing dossiers, seeking registrations, marketing & distributing formulations. The company outsources the manufacturing of finished formulations in own Brand Names and this has resulted in cost competitiveness across various geographies.

Increasing Product Registrations
The company continues to focus on Identifying new molecules and obtaining necessary license across countries. As on December 31, 2020, the company had more than 100 products registrations, and has filed around 100 more applications for registrations globally. It procures 30-40 registrations every year and the company has its presence with a trusted partners across 10 countries.
